THE TULUM TOTE

It’s our goal to make sure you’re completely happy with your order. If your order isn’t just the way you like it, we’ll make things right.

If you are not 100% happy, you can:

1. Exchange your item for a new size/style
2. Return for store credit
3. Return for a full product refund

So long as:

1. The return for a full product refund is requested by clicking here within 21 days of the date your order was shipped and is also delivered to our returns warehouse within 21 days of the date you received your package. Any returns received back to our warehouse, later than 21 days after the date you received your package, will only be eligible for store credit or an exchange.
2. The exchange or return for store credit is requested by clicking here within 21 days of the date your order was shipped and is also delivered to our returns warehouse within 21 days of the date you received your package.
3. Items are unworn and are returned to us in the original state you received them. 

REFUND POLICY (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If your return is not approved, our customer service team will contact you to discuss options.   

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label to ensure the item is sent with trackable shipping. If you ship the item on your own and do not provide trackable shipping information, we cannot be responsible for lost items. 

USA Returns: JENN LEE covers the cost of returns. 

International Returns:  The cost of returning an item from an International location is the responsibility of the customer. JENN LEE does not issue refunds for International shipping fees to or from the customer.
