Shipping & Processing

General Shipping

Orders placed on weekdays will generally begin processing within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday-Friday).

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery. 

Domestic (US) 

USPS Ground 2-4 day delivery

  • Orders under $200 USD: Flat Rate $9.99 USD
  • Orders $200 USD and above: Free Shipping

International (Non-US)

  • Australia, Canada, Ireland, Norway and UK - DHL Express - $25.00 USD // 4-6 day delivery
  • Rest of World - DHL Express $35.00 USD // 4-6 day delivery

All orders $500 and over will require a signature upon delivery. Once your package has been signed for and delivered, JENN LEE is not responsible for theft or damage. If you choose to waive the signature, your package is only insured through transit, and the customer bears responsibility upon delivery.

When placing your order, please select a secure shipping location. JENN LEE cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the mail carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address.

 

Order Processing

  • JENN LEE accepts all major credit cards for purchase.
  • Gift cards or discount codes can be applied in the cart stage of the purchase. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with another discount code, or promotion.
  • Welcome first customer promotion can be used on one (1) purchase only, cannot be combined with sale items, or third-party items. Welcome codes are unique and can only be used once per customer regardless of separate email addresses.
  • Gift cards can be used on any purchase and do not have a date of expiry unless otherwise instructed and can be entered in the cart stage of purchase.
  • At this time, we are unable to accept more than one credit card entry at a time.

Domestic Delivery (US)

  • We use UPS Shipping and charge a flat $9.99 shipping fee on all orders under $200 shipped to USA destinations.
  • Orders over $200 USD receive free shipping.
  • Upon shipment, UPS Ground parcels should arrive within 2-4 business days.
  • If you need your item(s) sooner, please reach out to orders@shopjennlee.com for expedited options. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. 
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
  • Orders valued over $500 will require a direct signature upon delivery.

International Delivery

  • JENN LEE uses DHL Worldwide for Australia, Canada, Ireland, Norway, and the UK and FedEx for orders to the rest of the world. Negotiated rates are offered for all services.
  • Duties and taxes are calculated at the payment stage at checkout. As International orders are shipped DDP, no additional fees are required at the time of delivery.
  • To view a quote for duties and shipping rates to a particular address, please add items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout for an estimate.
  • We offer flat rate shipping services to Australia, Canada, and UK of $25 USD via DHL Worldwide.
