Black Friday 2024 - Terms
Sale commences 8 AM CST on Tuesday, November 26-Monday, December 2.. Limited time only. Strictly while stock lasts.
Discount will be price as marked. Additional discount codes can not be used during the sale period. Any orders with additional discount codes will be canceled.
Products excluded in this promotion, include but are not limited to: Giftcards.
We will not refund the difference of a purchase made prior to the beginning of a sale.
For the holiday season, we have extended our return window and will accept returns and exchanges of new and unworn items until January 5, 2025. See full return policy for terms.
Black Friday 2024 - Shipping
We will start packing Black Friday week orders on Saturday, Nov. 30 and do our best to get as many orders in the mail on Monday morning.
Please note that due to nationwide Black Friday order fulfillment, UPS may experience delays and it may take up to 7 days to receive your package once it ships.
Please note: our policies are binding and may be updated periodically at JENN LEE LLC's discretion.
General Shipping
All packages are shipped via UPS from our office in Houston, Texas.
Orders placed on weekdays will begin processing within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Domestic (United States)
Domestic Shipping Options and Rates are as follows:
- UPS® Ground, shown at checkout or free for orders $200+, delivered in 3-5 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air®, negotiated rates shown at checkout, delivered in 2-3 business days
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
International (Non-US)
We are proud to offer free international shipping with our partner, UPS.
- UPS Worldwide Expedited®, free for all non-US shipments, delivered in 3-10 business days.
- VAT tax and duty will be calculated and due at checkout.
To shop in your local currency, please select your country from the dropdown at the top right of our website.
To view a quote for duties and shipping rates to a particular address, please add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for an estimate.
Please note that in some markets, orders above a certain total value cannot have duty and tax prepaid. Customers located in Mexico, China, Argentina, and Turkey may need to engage a broker and work with local customs authorities to clear their order. Please contact orders@shopjennlee.com for more details.
Additional Shipping Information
All orders $500 USD and over will require a signature upon delivery. Once your package has been signed for and delivered, JENN LEE is not responsible for theft or damage. If you choose to waive the signature, your package is only insured through transit, and the customer bears responsibility upon delivery.
When placing your order, please select a secure shipping location. JENN LEE cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the mail carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address.

Order Processing
- JENN LEE accepts all major credit cards for purchase.
- Gift cards or discount codes can be applied in the cart stage of the purchase. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with another discount code, or promotion.
- Welcome first customer promotion can be used on one (1) purchase only, cannot be combined with sale items, or third-party items. Welcome codes are unique and can only be used once per customer regardless of separate email addresses.
- Gift cards can be used on any purchase and do not have a date of expiry unless otherwise instructed and can be entered in the cart stage of purchase.
- At this time, we are unable to accept more than one credit card entry at a time.
